Live demo 3 · Automation and compliance
Automation Control Room
An AI agent that messages real people needs rules it cannot argue with. Eight inbound messages arrive. Each one passes through the same gates I run in production: opt-outs, duplicates, a person for upset or legal messages, quiet hours, a daily send cap and an approval step. Change the settings and run it again. Under the table, every step is timed and every event is priced, people’s minutes included.

Evaluation
Run the test suite against the live engine
The same checks run before every release. Guardrail cases are part of the suite, so a safety rule that breaks fails the build.
ROI calculator
Is the agent worth it?
Hours saved minus the time people spend checking the agent, priced at your rate, minus what the tool costs. Then the part most ROI slides skip: freed time only turns into money when it goes to other work.

Real vs simulated
- Real
- The order of the gates and what each one does. Opt-outs win over everything, a duplicate never sends twice, an upset or legal message always reaches a person, and the cap is checked before a send, never after.
- Simulated
- The inbound messages, the contacts and the AI step that labels each message. All eight events are invented. Step timings are simulated and costs use the assumptions you set.
- Cost per task
- Cost is counted per event, from the first check to the finished action, including the minutes a person spends. A price per token hides the expensive part.
- ROI
- The arithmetic is exact and shown in full. The inputs are yours: the defaults are round figures for the demo, not results from a client. Time saved counts as money only for the share you say is reused.
- Why it matters
- The rules live outside the model. A message cannot talk the agent past an opt-out or a quiet hour, because the agent never makes that call.
