At work

Running an autonomous AI agent at a US law firm that completes client case files over SMS and email, in English and Spanish. Changes ship through CI-gated deploys, and each one is checked live within 10 minutes.
Keeping the rules that sit outside the model current: opt-outs, quiet hours, the daily send cap and the cases that always go to a person.

Adding to the live demos. The newest is the rollout playbook, with a pilot timer that hands its results to the ROI calculator.
